State of Mind is a teen-led website and community to help other teens connect with resources for mental and physical health. Through an abundance of resources, our hope is that teens will feel more healthy, confident and connected.
Healthy Habits contains an abundance of content to motivate and give you the energy to achieve and maintain a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Things like getting exercise, developing a healthy relationship with food, managing your time, embracing body positivity, etc. all coincide with finding and maintaining a strong, healthy, and positive state of mind.
