What is body positivity?
Body positivity means keeping a positive attitude towards your own and others’ bodies and appearances, despite social pressures of ideal body types.
This can help to achieve a healthier and more positive state of mind. :)
You can also embrace body neutrality if that seems more attainable for you, which is the practice of not becoming overly consumed with your appearance… in general, though, it’s healthy to just steer away from body negativity.
